Curl up by the fire after a day on the mountain
Come in from the cold, soak in the year-round hot tub just below the condo, then settle in by the fireplace. The kitchen, bathrooms and floors are all new, and the top-floor spot means no one walking overhead.
It’s set up for real mountain days: a locked closet for skis and bikes, a washer and dryer for wet gear, and fast Wi-Fi if someone has to log in for a few hours.

The free city bus stops one short building walk from the door. Ride one way to the gondola, the other way to dinner and the hot springs.

How does payment work?
You pay 50% when you book. The rest is charged to the same card 7 days before check-in, and we email you when it goes through. If you book within 7 days of arrival, you pay in full at booking. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund. If you cancel 7 to 30 days before check-in, the 50% deposit is non-refundable and the remaining balance won’t be charged. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable. Full policies
Do we need a car?
Not in winter. The free bus connects the condo with the mountain and downtown. A car is handy for summer trailheads and trips further afield.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. It’s self check-in with a smart lock, and we send your door code 24 hours before arrival. Need a different time? Message us and we’ll do our best.
Is the condo air-conditioned?
Partly. From June to October there are two vented AC units, in the primary bedroom and the living room. The rest of the condo isn’t cooled, but Steamboat evenings are cool.
What taxes are included?
Your total includes Steamboat Springs lodging taxes: Colorado, Routt County and city sales tax, plus the city’s accommodations and short-term rental taxes. They’re shown before you pay.
