These apply to bookings made on this website.

Payment

You pay 50% of the total when you book.
The remaining 50% is charged automatically to the same card 7 days before check-in. We email you when it goes through.
If you book within 7 days of check-in, the full amount is charged at booking.
If the balance charge is declined, we email you a link to pay it. Unpaid balances may lead to cancellation.
Prices include Steamboat Springs lodging taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

30 or more days before check-in: full refund of everything you’ve paid.
7 to 30 days before check-in: the 50% deposit is non-refundable, and the remaining balance won’t be charged.
Within 7 days of check-in: non-refundable.
To cancel, email or call us. Refunds go back to your original card and usually appear in 5–10 business days.

Check-in from 3:00 pm. Check-out by 10:00 am.
Up to 6 guests.
No pets.
Parking for 2 vehicles in the complex lot.
The property has exterior security cameras.
Stays longer than 28 nights need a short-term rental agreement; contact us before booking.

We use your name, email and phone only to manage your stay and contact you about it. We don’t sell or share it.
